Introduction to the Tango Region of Kyoto
Since moving to Tango in 2015, I have been involved in diverse activities as a textile maker, writer, and representative of local groups.
Utilizing our extensive network in the region, we organize tour direction, research and photography coordination, and corporate training.
Tour Direction
We plan and implement programs that mainly include tours of textile factories, as well as tours of farmers, fishermen, sake breweries, and other activities and knowledge of the Tango region.
The program named “Oritabi Tango” has attracted more than 60 students, many from the Kanto and Kansai regions.
We offer tailor-made tours for individuals, schools and companies, and even inbound tours to meet your needs.
* Tailor-made tours with English interpreters are also available.
Tour and weaving experience at MADO
PARANOMAD's factory MADO is also open for tours and weaving experiences.
It is also possible to include the experience in your tour program.
Research Coordination
For those who wish to photograph the scenery and businesses in Tango, or research the industry and climate of Tango,
